Today I'll be riding on the bus with the Granite Bay Grizzlies as they travel to Carson, California to play in Friday night's Division I state championship against Long Beach Poly.
I'll have updates on Facebook and Twitter, and tonight I'll log my first of three daily diaries that detail my travels with the team to Southern California, as well as their preparation behind the scenes in meetings, practices, and team functions.
This trip will also serve as an opportunity to tell you more about the players and coaches on a personal note. What makes them tick, what drives them to succeed, and their thoughts on the opportunity to compete for a state championship.
